So I'm new here (1st post) and I'm looking to get some advice on some pricing and model years.

I currently own a 2006 TSX, modded as hell (Comptech S/C + water/meth injection, full bolt-ons, BBK, full suspension/chassis upgrades, etc) and I'm looking for a new project (still keeping my TSX, though ).

I want to get an S2000 and will most likely go with the IP turbo kit but I'm not sure which year is optimal. I'm most likely going with an AP2, but I don't know if I want to go with the 06-08s since they have DBW (vs the 04-05 cable throttle). I know Hondata just released K-Pro for the 06-08s, so a tuning option exists, but can anyone tell me if there are any real disadvantages to having the DBW over the cable throttle on the S2000?

I also found an S2000 I'm interested in. It's a 2008 GPW exterior /Black+Red interior (my ideal combo) with only 1,300 miles on it - practically brand new. I test drove it, checked under the hood, and everything looks copacetic. It's also a CPO, so it is fully backed by Honda. They want $26k for it - does that sound reasonable? I checked KBB, and the PP value is just under $25k - I'm thinking I'll offer $24k...
