Well there are plenty of guys on here that work at dealers so might as well take advantage of all the available resources.

you will lose the deal because you do not want to spend a few $ on a carfax account? how about you pony up, get the account, make your deal and then help others with their carfax requests?.

wow seriously how can anyone get that bent outta shape over doing a carfax for someone. I asked on here and got 2 immediate responses and it was useful they did that for me. I ended up purchasing the unlimited because I had broadened my search for more cars and didn't want to keep bothering people. If someone came on here and had a request I would help them. So instead of s***ing in his thread either offer the service or leave.

This is suppose to be a community. A carfax request isn't unreasonable. Anyway, if the seller doesn't have anything to hide, he will provide the Carfax. If the car is at a dealer or broker, they usually can provide the carfax report.

OK, using that logic, what would you do if someone didn't want to buy a s2ki membership. Would you post all their photos for them? What's your email address so people can send you their photos and you can upload them?

^ I agree above. I just asked my seller for the carfax and he gave one to me provided by the dealership.
