I do like pursuing cars like this (not with any intent to buy) just to see what the dealer/salesperson has to say.




Sure they may not know the history of the car, but always eager to say its a gem.

 

Funny thing was I was going to have it inspected by the local Honda dealership. I'm sure some of these issues would have been noted by them. However, I didn't want to waste $140 in case the car was a real junker from the get-go, so I'm glad I asked for close up pictures before I bothered arranging for an inspection.

there is plenty of s2000 out there with low miles, and in goon condition for dirt cheap, just keep looking.
