I've got a bone to pick with my dealer on some servicing on both my S as well as my fiance's CRV. I'm wondering if anyone happens to have any contact information for the American Honda District Service Manager for S. Cali?

I called my dealership (Rock Honda) this past week to setup a meeting with the DSM. At that time I was told that he only makes 1 visit per month because of the amount of territory he has to cover. They took my name and number and told me they'd give me a weeks notice so I could make arrangements to be there to meet him...To make a long story short, your dealership should be able to setup an appointment for you...If not, call another local dealership. Good luck
