OK, just post the VIN and I can see if there's any service info.

BTW I can get to the Polish site thru your link without difficulty with no "redirect." It may be your browser. You're using the full https:// address?

Virginia Motor Vehicle Dept.
  • TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE
  • Vehicle purchase reported
  • SALVAGE TITLE/CERTIFICATE ISSUED

Mileage was 177,000 miles (before wreck) and 48,000 miles when the salvage title was issued. How many miles on the car?

No owner information but I suspect it was a one-owner. Car appears to have been sold new by Pearson Honda here in Chesterfield who obtained the car from Patterson Honda in Texas. Miles indicate it came by truck as there are only 170 miles difference on the car between the two dealers and it's over 1300 road miles between the two.

The car had dealer service here in Richmond at Honda or Acura dealers every 6,000 miles. I doubt there's a service book -- no one I know uses one.

HTH.

What's the mileage on the car now?

The mileage looks stranger by the minute. 50,000 miles in one year between 2017 and 2018 -- likely typo? 117K seems more likely.

Yes, that is very weird. Especialy that the car is in good condition. Even the paint from the engine valve cover did not come off.
Lot of S2k's with mileage of ~60000mi have paint going off from the valve cover.

"Total vehicle loss" could have been theft, not a wreck. US cars have 10 VIN stickers, all visible when doors and the hood and trunk are opened. Are they all there? All there and all matching the data stamped on the firewall by the heater is an indication of no body panel replacements.

From a 2004 post"
Open the hood. 1-3 are along the front "rim" of the hood (the one for each fender and the front bumper. #4 is on the underside of the hood itself.
Open the doors. 5-8 are on either side of the door jamb (the door ones are on the door near where it latches to close; the rear fender ones are actually on the door jamb).
Open the trunk. 9-10 are here; one on the underside of the trunk lid somewhere and the second on the top edge of the rear bumper where it "folds" underneath the trunk when closed.

Unless the former owner is on this site the chances of finding him are pretty slim
