Big difference a few months makes. Seeing 06's with 60k miles asking for $24-25. Ones I see are going for $18k have 160k miles. What average prices have you guys seen sept-oct for ones with 40-80k miles (AP2 06-07), West coast. Even Fleabay is full of markups.

Same boat - 15K mile cars are SELLING for $30K quickly. Even ones that aren't pristine or have a questionable modification or 2.

Just as VanishingPoint about nice CRs for sale! I believe it was 24hrs and they were all a dot on the horizon.

Quote:

Only the ABP CR is currently available, see update below. Thank you for the dozens of emails, texts and inquiries on these CR's. It makes me happy to know there are so many out there that truly appreciate this amazing car.

I've decided to "thin out the herd" regarding my CR's. While I've enjoyed collecting and preserving some very rare CR's I've decided to broaden my horizons car wise. I am selling three CR's, two of which are lower mileage examples and one is a higher mileage driver quality CR. I'm not looking for trades, but I do need serious buyers for these cars. They have lived in a climate controlled garage year round, are driven sparingly on rain free days and are otherwise well maintained examples. I would prefer that people seriously interested contact me initially by pm and leave your email, I will communicate conversely by email and give full details on known history, etc of the CR. These are unmodified CR's right down to Bridgestone RE01R tires, they all have clear titles, and have zero maintenance issues. FYI, I am located in East Tennessee, so bear that in mind in your decision to possibly purchase one of these CR's.

1. Rio Yellow Pearl Delete CR # 221 Mileage, 12,974 $38k ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ S O L D ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

2. Berlina Black a/c radio CR # 342 Mileage, 5,856 $39K ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ S O L D ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

3. Apex Blue Pearl a/c radio CR # 47 Mileage, 61,169 $30K ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ S O L D ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

While I'm not in a rush to sell these cars, I do expect them to sell fairly quickly, so make sure you are fully prepared to purchase or you could lose out. Thank you for looking at this listing.

Looking over the listings right now in my area (Pacific Northwest) there aren’t really too many cars that meet your parameters for comparison. Still, $25K will get you a 25K mile 2006 NFR. Other cars in that year model range are either heavily modified or have other noted issues. Just too small of a sample size to really tell.

At a glance, prices around here seem somewhat higher than when I bought last year, but not thousands of dollars higher.

I saw a NFR 2006 with 40k miles in Pensacola asking for $19k 2 weeks ago. If I lived in that area, I'd pick it up. But NFR is too bright for me. I guess he didnt care about the money. 06, $25k for 25k miles is about right. I like your GPW. I want a GPW or a LBP.

Oregon has decent prices. Saw a LBP asking for $24k earlier this year, 06 45k miles. Didn't sell for over a month. He must have decided to keep it or lowered the price finally.

If I pay $30k for a car, I might as well go get a Supra for another 10-15k more.

It seems that both the GPW and LPB cars demand quite a premium. But patience, persistence and luck can sometimes still land a good deal on these cars.

I've also been checking listings in pacific northwest region, and there's not many choices for low mileage AP2. Private sellers asking for dealership prices, although personally, I'm willing to pay that if there's full maintenance & service records.

Prices have been climbing for a couple years now.
With low mileage CR's selling for 40k+ it's pulling the rest up with them.

I have a feeling these and other late 80' to early 2000 cars are only going to go up.
The Integra type R's, supras, early z's .. m5's m3's, Porsche Carrera etc... The people buying collector cars are changing to
these generation cars, looking at auction prices, sites like bring a trailer etc... We will see. Snap them up now
