Once again, 12 page thread in the JDM forum about this topic. Stay away from Spoon! More than one person has reported either no gain or 2whp loss from the Spoon header. J's racing is excellent for mid-range gains. Amuse is good for mid-range and a little top end power. It's also the lightest header available for the S2k. However, I would also suggest Hytech over all the JDM headers.
