Loose flap on roof
HI. I don't have a camera or a computer recent enough to post pictures. However, with the roof up I noticed a loose flap from the roof. The flap was about six inches long and it was on the left side of the roof where it meets the glass rear window. There was velcro on one side of the flap.
I looked on the other side of the roof and this strip, or flap was attached. So I took some Krazy glue and put a few drops on the loose flap and put it back in place. Good idea? Has this happened to anyone else?

A Velcro strip, I think. I had a loose one, too. Didn't bother to glue it back. Just kept stuffing it back where it belonged.
Top operated just fine. No leaks, either.

I don't think anyone as determined what the velcro strip actually does.
Edited to add that yes, there have been billions of posts about this same problem. Well, I hope the glue holds.

You speak in the past tense, notyou, does the strip not stick out anymore, or did you sell your car?
