Today I was waxing my car and noticed that the rear bumper cap, and specifically, the lower rear panel on the pasenger side is loose. It easily moves when you touch it. Has anyone else encountered this and how do you tighten it? I realize it has a little play anyway, but the driver's side panel is nice and tight.
