Low Oil Question?!
@S2K Tae No owners manual with your car?
Engine oil and coolant level checks are an "every time you fill the fuel tank" event. Your personal oil consumption will indicate if this is excessive and once a month may be fine for your car. Operative word is "may."
I have no clue what model year car you have. The service interval for the pre-DBW cars (which lack the Maintenance Minder) calls for an oil change every 7,500 miles and the service interval for the oil filter is 15,000 miles, not every oil change. At most that's every other oil change if you're servicing to schedule. 2006 and later cars don't have the mileage listed in the owners manual (but can still use the 2005 or earlier schedule, they're all the same) or change the oil when Service A is indicated and the oil and filter when Service B is indicated. The Maintenance Minder triggers before the 7500 and 15,000 intervals on my car but not after 3000 miles.
Use of full synthetic motor oil effectively eliminates the "or 12 months" oil change requirement. I last changed my engine oil in May 2019 and the oil analysis says it's like new. Full synthetic. I won't mention the brand name as that always starts a "my oil is better than yours" discussion.
But... Overkill always works. An oil and filter change anytime or mileage works. Just depends on how much good oil you want to waste and how dirty you want to get..

Main thing out of all of this is: check the oil every time you gas up, especially in this car. And if you run a track day or something similar, check it during the event and again after. I dumped at least a couple of ounces of oil out of my catch can after the last track night (3 20 minute sessions) and S2k's, especially AP1's, use more oil than some cars. Better to just check it religiously and keep it topped off to be safe.
If your dipstick was reading a quart low, and you added three quarts, it sounds like you have overfilled the engine now. That is worse than being a quart low. What does the dipstick read at now?
it is a little bit higher then the H on the stick. Talked to a few s2k buddies they said it should be fine. I’ve driven the car over 200 miles since and no issues feels fine. Probably will be changing the oil this weekend just in case.
Since we are talking about ap1's and oil burning, is it known why ap1's use more oil than most motors? I assume its getting past the rings? Is that right?
I am in the habit of raising my hood after I pull into the garage to remind me to check the oil cold before my next drive. Otherwise, I will forget to check it and get in trouble.
There is one member here who modified the car by installing an external oil filter gizmo. The filter he uses is HUGE, not oem. I think he had an ap1 - not sure. But, I do remember he had over 300,000 miles on the motor with zero issues. Not sure if it was an additional filter, or if it replaced the OEM filter.
Might have been this filter: https://www.amsoil.com/p/eabp/#pills-home_0

Seem like the oil has to be going somewhere - either leaking, or finding its way into the combustion chambers and burning. No?
Maybe getting through the valve guides?

Oil use is common and normal in modern high performance high revolution engines which use high oil flow rates between moving parts. Some synthetics are notorious for for this including Mobile 1 in some engines.
The later engines seem to use less than the early. Looking at my Blackstone oil analysis reports I note my 2006 AP2 engine has "burned" a total one (1) quart in the past 20,147 miles -- 1/2 quart between two separate oil changes -- and none in the past 8,000 miles. 5W-30 full synthethic only because my favorite brand doesn't come in 0W-30. Brand not mentioned to avoid controversy.
But it starts with R P. To avoid starting yet another oil thread read the 18,000 existing threads and draw some conclusions.
