Which is lower? OEM or Mugen?

Which is lower? OEM or Mugen?
For those of you that have owned both, which is lower, the Oem Ap2 front lip or the mugen splitter lip? I would assume the mugen lip sat closer to the ground but not sure. If so, how much lower?
