OK, I now have H&R Coilovers on 255/35 18's Rear (P Rosso's) 225/40 18 front. Tenzing gunmetal gray 5 spoke wheels.

The suspension and setup is fantastic. The 18's are not an issue....the car feels tighter.

The 993 is becoming a garage queen.....the S2k is getting all the sunny day miles.

Pics when I can find my camera.......

Cheers!

Your S2K has a little negative camber in the rear. The wheels is slightly tilted in. I had this same problem on my Si. My Si weighed nothing in the rear, so no uneven tire wear came about, but the S2K is probably heavier in the rear in which case, uneven tire wear will come your way and that will suck! I'v seen what uneven tire wear can do to a set of tires on my friends TEG, and its bad. The tires wear sooo fast on the insides. Nice collection of cars! Gotta love the S8

18's on the rear, 17's in the front. No drop and definitely, no problems with the balance. I have been wondering about maybe trying a 1-inch drop. I'm not sure it would really make much difference looks wise but maybe a photoshop job would convince me.
