I totally agree with the choice of the S, the Golf, Ferrari and Carrera GT. As a vintage owner though I'm somewhat biased and would've included the Hurst Pistol Grip in the Plymouth RR and the backwards shifter in the Shelby 427 Cobra.

I picked up the CR / Civic Type R shift knob a few months ago on ebay. It's an excellent especially for the price.

Be carefull on ebay with them. The cheaply priced ones on there are replicas and not authentic if it matters to you. Even thought they have honda packaging etc.
I know there are some vendors on here that sell authentic oem ctr knobs for a good price.
