Ask the dealer/seller or Jesus, better yet, ask miss Cleo. We do not know.

^^wow that was nice lol

check the owner's manual--it has all the service you'd need at that mileage listed. but if i was buying used and it has that many miles on it i'd change/bleed all the fluids (coolant, clutch, brake, tranny, diff, oil). but if you're buying from a Honda dealer you might not need to change all that. they might have already given the car all the service it needs.

wow what a jerk

Follow the scheduled maintenance and you should be fine. If valves are chattering, you might want to get an adjustment. Consult the S2000 library section for a bunch of info.

get a compression or leakdown test done. that will give u an idea of how the engine life is at on all cylinders. get a new air and oil filter, and the oil and tranny fluid changed with some good synthetics. maybe some new spark plugs...

1) We wary of disgruntled s2ki members.

2) Check for cracked retainers.

there is no major tuneup...there are fluid changes, filters and you need plugs about 100,000miles...and a valve adjustment now and then, but nothing like a major service like a porsche or ferrari.
