Default Making Dash Brighter With Headlights On

I always found the dash lights a little dim when having the headlights on, and JUST discovered that if you hold down the little + button for a few seconds, it makes the dash much brighter. During the daytime this makes the speedo so much more visible. And yes, I've had this car for two years

... don't feel bad it took me like 2 months to figure that out. Two years is pushing it though.

It's in the owner's manual. Too bad people don't read it.

And, for those who are instructionally challenged,

on the 06, adjusting the brightness with the lights on, adjusts for night time,

and adjusting with the lights off, adjusts for daytime.

Let me ask you this ...................... If a person goes out and buys a 30 something thousand dollar new car and doesn't find an owner's manual, would they not have the gumption to ask for one? Or does one simply go on for months and months or even years thinking that of all the cars in the world that are sold, the S2000 is the only one that doesn't come with an owner's manual? Maybe they thought it was a weight saving stunt by Honda? One exception might be the used car buyer.
