haha it was just a line at the moment, i was just so pissed off that they were denying what just happen. plus it was some drunk college kids, im in college myself but still, they shouldnt be driving while they are drunk.

Sorry to hear bro, but you should have called the cops. And knowing they were drunk, even more of a reason to have called. Now you can't claim anything against him since you don't have report. Hopefully the damage isn't too bothersome. Anyways, good luck with what you chose.
