Marks on rear window after putting top back up?
This is probably a random topic, but thought I'd ask anyways. I've only had the car for about 3 months (it was new), but I've noticed that every time I have the top down, and then put the top back up, that the rear glass window has a line of marks about 1 inch wide all across the top of it from side to side (it's on the outside of the glass, thus it will clean off each time I wash the car). Is this normal? I'm guessing the rear window is pressing against something when the top folds up and goes down, but just wanted to make sure that this won't be a problem in the future (breaking the glass, etc.)
Thanks!
Thanks!

Do you use a greasy convertible top treatment like Armor-All?
Otherwise not normal.

I doubt its an issue- my 06 did that too. I assume it may have to do with the switch from plastic to glass and compromises that were made. It never harmed the glass on mine. I kept the window clean to prevent any possible scratches the rubbing could cause.
It won't hurt the glass. Mine does this all the time and its even more noticeable after I apply a top treatment like 303. In your case, its most likely just dust thats settling on the window after your top rubbed against it.
