Mastergrade Revisited
My name is Khen and I'm Mastergrade's new business analyst.
First, I would like to thank everyone for their concern and interest in Mastergrade.
Secondly and lastly I would like to address some issues that have been brought up.
Due to a number of factors, (both internal and external) Mastergrade's past performance has been less than stellar. The GB debacle stemmed from:
1. Lack of communication.
a. Customer Service was inept in communicating what was needed.
b. Promises were made that shouldn't have been made by both organizer
and past Mastergrade CS.
2. Supply and vendor manufacture issues.
a. International fabrication vendor's lack of quality control
b. Location of vendor disallowed Mastergrade to ensure timely delivery and to
address design to fabrication issues.
Mastergrade takes full responsibility of the situation. Moreover, we take full responsibility to make sure it never happens this way again.
Through our internal and external restructuring, we have taken big steps to make Mastergrade a leaner and meaner business machine.
1. A renewed focus on costumer service and satisfaction.
a. Previous inept customer service personnel no longer work for Mastergrade.
You will no longer have message/email/phone inquiries left unaddressed.
b. New and greatly improved Customer Service Team who are a message/
email/phone call away from helping you make your vehicle the talk of your
block.
2. Improved manufacturing/fabrication operation.
a. Fabrication facility is no longer international but a mere 10 minutes from
Mastegrade's headquarter, allowing for timely product delivery and timely
communication.
b. Mastergrade has developed a relationship with one of Southern California's
best molding/fabrication company, allowing for superior quality. Previous
fitment issues are no longer the case.
These are the changes, but what remains the same is Mastergrade cutting edge designs and it's drive to make your vehicle something to be talked about.
I hope this helps calm those who have doubt in Mastergrade. It is only through getting to know the customer and meeting their needs and concerns will any business grow.. and the Mastergrade Team is here to do just that.
I look forward to getting to know this community and representing Mastergrade in a way it truly deserves.

Take it easy Douge, They used to have a web-site and I assume they still do. For once I hope we can start acting mature and respect that they are back and trying to do the right thing. Time will tell, They have made some innovative products and I for one am looking forward to see what they bring to our community and our great car!

A blurb from Mastergrade marketing.
-----------
Style and Innovation with an ingenious engineering undercover
At Mastergrade, there are two things that are held true
I liked mastergrade's designs. Prices were a little high but that's to be expected. I just always heard bad things which kept me from buying.
Good for your company and I hope business picks up and your bad name is cleared with some good customer testimonials.
