How would you double clutch into first? Never did it. Do you do it in other grears too?

The following comes with this warning:
Make sure that when you begin to downshift into 1st that you are not going faster than what 1st gear can handle or you will mechanically over-rev the engine and ................ KA-BOOM! Know what the max speed of your car is in 1st and do not attempt this at, near or above this speed.

You are in 2nd and are decelerating. When you get to an appropriate speed (as mentioned in my warning), clutch in/gas off, tranny to neutral, clutch back out, blip the throttle aggressively and immediately clutch in, tranny into 1st, release clutch before revs drop too low. If it does drop too low, then you'll have to do a second blip just before the final clutch release. You'll know the revs dropped too low when you jerk like crazy or even chirp the rear tires.

Change the clutch fluid. I just did mine and it makes a huge difference esp. shifting to 1st and R.
