I cant seem to get a definite answer... Were there any mechanical/suspension differences from 01-02? Some say different synchros, others say different sway bar... others yet say nothing at all other than the visible stuff.

Whats the deal? lol

 

drifferent springs and sway bar thickness. also, yes different synchro's in the transmission. and of course the cosmetic stuff (3rd brake light, chrome rings on brake lights, larger H badge, all red interior, and probably other things I don't remember off the top of my head)

 

I believe the clutch was modified due to TSB 00-054 as well.

2002-2003 seems to be about 5hp more than 2000-2001's. New Ecu was added as well. There was a post a while back about this, but I don't know if it's ever been confirmed.

 

doh...i forgot 02 got a glass rear window

 

Second half of 02 and beyond had the new oil jet (banjo) bolts.
