I'm forecasting 10-12k. It can be done cheaper if you do all of the fabrication yourself but I don't have that kind of free time so most likely I will be having BSI doing the custom work.

my F20 miata swap was about 9-10K and I did almost all the work myself.. but I also spent a lot of money to make it Cali smog legal, so I prob could have saved a few thousand if I didn't care about that.

UPDATE!
I picked up the motor, transmission, and driveshaft on Friday 9/15, it is from a 2002 with 26k miles. It has an ACT HD PP and Toda flywheel already installed to boot! We packed it into the minivan the same night and it was off to BSI racing on Saturday.
The heart:
All packed up and ready to go:
Arrival at BSI (only real shops have their own forklift...)

Righto, now to get it into the shop....:
Tada!
As for the car, the hardtop is on and the rollcage is in. The harness still have to be mounted and the dash cut and put on.
Hardtop:
Harness bar:
Top bars (note the hardtop mounting points):
Door bars (7th & 8th attachement points):
