Note the chromed side gills. To the unsuspecting, this may look like a run-of-the mill Miata S2000, but the cognescenti will recognize it as the Miata S2000 "M".

What a waste. Why not buy an S2K in the first place. With all the money he spent on the mods, it probably would've been cheaper.

I saw this picture quite sometime ago ... Anyway, I'm gonna comment just as before. Whatever you do, it's still gonna be a Miata ... Even if you swap a super powered motor or do whatsoever visual modifications to make it look like something else, at the end of the day ... It's still gonna be a Miata. Damn, where's the dignity of it all? What a waste of money and time.

Actually, it probably was a lot of fun creating that car. If it's his hobby to create something unique, why bust on him for it? I think he did a clean job, i personally like the looks.
If he went out and bought an s2000, then he would have just another s2000. But he has something that is truely unique and molded with his own hands.

I agree. Just because he used the S2000 lights doesn't mean he wanted an S2000. I think it looks good for what it is..... a unique car
