No beans, just rice

The seat and rails can be sold separately. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Here are some more pics - sorry about the bad quality, I took them in a hurry.

Maximum forward position

Quick look at the rail setup from the driver's side

Maximum rearward position

Another look at max rearward position

Continued:

My seating position - I'm 5'11" with relatively long legs (or so my wife says ) - this position makes my left leg almost fully extented when pushing down on the clutch, and there's about 2.5~3 more inches to go backwards for taller drivers

The seat features fully removeable, adjustable padding secured via velcro. If you don't like the padding or the color, you can have it re-upholstered with thicker padding, thinner padding, different colors, etc. I'm going to have a small pillow behind my lower back - i can't sit too deep into the seat due to my, er, natural padding

The seat/rail setup weighs *approximately* 30-35 pounds. I say approximately because I forgot to weigh it and from my experience shipping stuff, it feels more than 20 pounds yet less than 40 pounds, so I took the higher number. However, after moving my stock seats around, I can confidently say it's noticeably lighter than the stock seats.

the stock seat is 28lbs, so yours must be about 20lbs or so.

how much do you think it weighed when you lifted it up?

i looked at Sparco seats and all their fiberglass seats weigh from 13-17 lbs, so i would guess the seat is about that. the rails would probably be 7-10lbs

yup, i did some research on fiberglass seats to see the weight range. cf seats can weigh about 9lbs. unfortunately, i couldn't find any weights on seatrails. i would imagine the rails would weigh about the same as mine, which is around 7lbs or so.
