Default Mismatched rear tires?

Had to replace a left rear tire. Replaced with an new identical tire. Car pulls to the right under acceleration and to the left under decel. (similar symptoms to uneven tire pressures). Rear tire pressures are identical. The only difference is the tread depth. New left tire has 11/32 and right rear has 8/32 of tread depth. Hard to believe 3/32 of an inch would create handling problems, but that is the only thing I can think of. Guess I'll have to buy another new tire for the right rear! Anyone have a similar experience or suggestions?

Get the new tire shaved to 8/32.

Buy another tire and take your other old one off as a spare.

Don't run a mismatch, especially on your rear wheels on the S. Your differential will have unncessary wear if you run mis-match tires.

The price of a new tire is so small relative to the risk that you are taking.

Even for the non-driving wheels (i.e. the front ones on the S), most would suggest replacing both left and right tires.

Quick fix but not really they right way,

put about 4psi more in the older tire. you might have to play with the PSI but if you getting it right it will drive normal, I am having a similar problem
