Default Missing the "flaps" in front of the wheels

Does anyone know whether I can just buy those flaps in front of the wheels (underneathe the car)? I just realized that my car doesn't have them! I bought my car used ...

Also ... if anyone has the installation instruction, that would be great. . Thanks

The flaps are air dams for high speed stability. If you can't find a used set, get them from your local honda dealer. They just screw on.

I suspect they help in clearing standing water at speed as well.

i remember a thread about these a while ago. i think they are about as functional as the oem lip spoiler. meaning they aren't affecting anything until speeds over 130 mph or something. i wouldn't sweat not having those on the front fenders...

Make one from ABS plastic, Fiberglass or even Aluminum sheet, go fancy do Carbon fiber.

if your car is slammed there is no need to get these back on because you will scrape them and they will eventually fall off. They're not really functional if your car is already low.

I bought my car used and 1 side was missing as well. I thought it was simple as just screwing on the new flap (front strake), but the flap ripped off a part of the plastic fender inner. So I would need to replace the whole fender inner piece too.

I decided not to touch them anymore since my car is lowered.
