after i took off the front spoiler, i took off these too !
That's weird ...

I originally suspected that the previous owner took them off because the car was lowered. But then the Honda website seems to suggest JDM ones don't have the flaps -- given how the pics don't have the flaps, and how the TypeS section mentioned about it as a new feature.

Nevertheless, my car has CR coilovers now ... so I would like to put those back in place ....

Jans Towing in Azusa CA ripped mine off while loading on a towtruck (Along with all the bottom plastics, they denied fault and refuse to pay for them). Maybe your car was towed and they also ripped them off.

All four of them are off, and the car's bottom doesn't look like there were obvious damages that I could see though ...

Those pieces affect the handling of the vehicle at speed. The manufacturer wouldn't put them there to only waste money. If you mod your car, then there are other forces affecting your handling and stability, of course.

But I couldn't seem to locate those strakes / flaps #1 and 2 look close ... but those don't seem to have that
Select Interior/Bumper then Section Molding-Protectors

That should give you a look at the rear strakes
