Missing gears?
7 PSI might do it. Depends on the turbo/ SC, pavement type, temp, and the angle in which you got back into the gas. I was assuming the car was NA during my last statement, in which you would need very bald tires to "step out" in 4th.

don't slam it in to gear. go slowly and kind of rest it on the gate of the next gear for a fraction of a second and it'll slide in easily every time.
i tend to shift from 1st to 2nd prettty fast and hardcore......but wat i've noticed is u kinda have to give it like .5 seconds(do NOT quote) to let the gear slip into place trust me.......
just stop on the clutch and hold it down long enough to feel the gear catch up...after a while you'll begin to feel your gears
best regards

With this car I tend to use a "2-step" method. You don't pull hard and fast, but you pull it out, hesitate for a fraction of a second and give enough pressure for it to go into the next gear. Once you get it down you will be able to shift pretty fast and very smoothly. Slamming gears is not good for this car!
