Last week I broke the IR LED off of my DCI when I was moving the LED around. It was impossible to solder together because the LED broke clean off leaving no stub. I searched for days looking for a LED as small as the original one on the DCI, I finally asked Bob aka Modifry where he gets em. Imstead he is now sending me a replacement LED at NO charge!

BTW, the speed volume control is awesome. I don't know how I got by w/o it.

While everything ive ordered from them have come VERY promptly, I recently ordered a wired DCI.....and after ripping my chit apart it looks like I'll need the IR DCI. (was a bad case of ordering parts before you know what you need). So I've been trying to contact him to ask him if i could just cut off the plug and put an IR sensor on it, or if the whole unit is different and if i could exchange it. None of my emails have been answered, not sure if im using the right one. Bob, if you are out there pm me!

 

It takes him a few days, give it some time and he'll get back to you soon. 3-4 is the response time I usually get. I'm sure he'll be able to help you out.
