Default mods exterior interior & engine!

So I've had my s2000 for about half a year now, and I feel like its time to step it up a notch! Just needed some advices and info. When I first bought my car it was stock, all I did was add a oem front lip probably the cleanest best upgradehaha as for looks going for the trunk lid next. Just recently I installed my pioneer deck, and added focal speakers very good choice, just don't know what to put the settings at, as in graphic eq, hpf settings and sw settings its at 80hZ right now, don't kn o what the means anyone can help?

And what I'm planning on doing to my car, rick s4play is going to do my headlights when I have time
Intake : AEM V2 CAI OR k&N? Advice?
Exhaust: something not too cheap and not too loud compared to stock just a little louder and nice deep tone, so far looked at a couple 1. Fujitsbo legalis R 2. Medallion? Anyone can help me out?
Suspension: no idea! Would love to hear others set up
Anythign else?

Basically I'm not trying to spend a whole bunch of money on just one item trying to buy everything that's mid range priced ! But not cheap so keeping that in mind anyone have any advices?

yeah, keep it 100% factory stock. It will hold it's value better and will perform the way it was intended to. The Factory Knows Best!

The factory made no compromises with this car, it is perfect! You have a collector car now, prices are skyrocketing in this horrendous economy and any mod you do will rape the car of its soul.

Both those exhaust choices will be very nice. Another good option is the HKS dual. Arguably the best sounding exhaust for the S2000.
For suspension are you wanting coilovers or just lower it a bit? Lowering the car does make it look infinitely better. Koni yellow shocks with eiback pro kit springs are a very nice combo and lower the car a good bit when put on the lower shock perch.
Anvil II is a great choice haha
For intake you really can't go wrong with the K&N for price, sound and performance. Best bang for the buck imo.

here's what i would do:

- buy all the stereo stuff you want, then add some sound deadening
- skip the spoiler/wing
- buy the K&N intake
- buy a fujitsubo legalis r dual (doesn't sound as nice as the hks dual, but has zero drone and arguably looks better)
- buy a berk high flow cat in 60mm
- skip everything else

It'll sound excellent, give power, and have no drone. the car will be comfortable and look classy.
