LOL HAHA!. That's pretty funny. It happened to me once in my friend 93 Prelude Si. I was jumping around in the car and somehow pushed his auto in to park. Nothing happen to the car/tranny . We both stared at each other in shock, W-T-HECK. It was in park while doing around 40mph.

instead of using that Raid in the red can, use the right stuff...it's still Raid, but formulated just for wasps and hornets...it shoots the pesticide like 30 feet in a stream and kills them right on contact, instantly!!!

SteveUCI,

Sorry I wasn't specific enough. I was refering to the roof of my house.

Utah,

I used the blue can which was formulated for flying insects. Except it was too weak in my opinion. All it did was piss the wasps off.

Most Embarassing Incident in the S2K was on day #2 of ownership. . .

I was on 87/287 east (towards the Tapan Zee bridge) and decided to get onto the Palisades Parkway north. . . As I got onto the circular curve on-ramp for the Palisades Parkway (at 60mph), I down shifted from 6th into 3rd !!! Immediately, the back-end of my S started to step out and I felt the car starting to spin!!! I quickly dropped into neutral & back into 6th, regained control and merged onto the Parkway. . .

My heart was securely lodged in my throat. . .

Regarding the wasp incidents, I had a spider in my Prelude last summer. . . It crawled onto my dashboard & then onto my radio toward my legs. . . I freaked out!!! Pulled over on route 17 north, during rush hour (in Paramus), and spent 15 minutes trying to kill it. . . Finally, killed it & drove home (never even stopped for my morning muffin)

Actually, my car is silver -- but it seems to attract ALL kinds of flying insects!? Maybe it's the layers of Zaino products on the car -- they do smell really good!

ok2k,

Lol...funny story, not so funny if it happened to me though.

Sorry bud...you will be alright...

Better to be embarrased for 10 seconds than to have a big welt from a wasp sting for a couple days!

Thanks for being brave enough to tell the story. I needed a laugh this morning...
