i am saying that the AP1 is everything the AP2 wants to be when it grows up.

I'm not sure I had the same "nirvana" the first time I drove the S2000 since I had been driving a suspension modified MR2 turbo before and I noticed instantly the lack of torque from the F20C motor...the stock MR2 turbo had just over 200 ft lbs of torque...at 3500 rpms! in a car weighing slightly less than the s2k.

But once you sail those revs past 6K at WOT you see what this motor is about. The handling is so crisp and direct it's like the car is just beging to go around a curve. . . I find myself slowing down to let slow drivers get 1/4 mile ahead on back roads just so I can blast through some curves with this car.
Bone stock it outhandles any car I've EVER driven...and I've driven my fare share.

They're both awesome, but for some reason the ap1 is so much more fun to me.
