Cool Is this the most fun you can have...

I've finally got the S2000 after a couple of months of looking for the right deal and although I've only had in 5 days I have to say I havent stopped smiling once on those 5 days!

The growl of the Vtec engine is magnificent but I dont have to tell anyone on here that. You feel you have to take it to the red line everytime - it won't be long before the speeding tickets start coming I imagine!

One query - does anyone else have rattles and squeaks with the hardtop on?

Cheers and happy racing!

mine squeaks every time i drive slow on a bumpy path or turn slowly.
when i first picked it up from the dealer after they installed the hard top, i drove for about two weeks and i dont recall if there was any squeaking...
i checked and rechecked all latches, they all look fine. besides, i dont have any wind noise or water leak. i thought the squeak is normal.

OK, I suppose I'll just have to live with the rattles and squeaks and drive faster so I cant hear them!

You probably just need to grease the seals between the hardtop and the body. Look for Shin-etsu grease and hit the rubber seals with it.

Congrats on the car!
