I want to get the 4.77 FD and shaft spacers but i cant get anyone on the phone or to respond to an e-mail. is there anywhere i can get the FD for the same price?

I would also like to know, if I was living in the USA I would have ordered mine from https://www.kiaparts.com/. Part number 0K01427110 , on this site you can have them for 243.57$ + shipping. But they don't want to ship to Canada .
