Ok I ordered Koni yellows on the 13 of june, its already the 16 on july and still no part. When I ordered over the phone the b!tch told me that they have it in stock so I was happy. days pass and still the status of order still hasnt changed. So I decided to call and they answered and told me it was backed ordered and should be shipped out in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and still the same. So I called them every day almost every hour for 1 week and all I get is the answering machine. Finally I called the sales department and waited 20 min on hold till they picked up, 5 sec conversation later he told me to call the shipping department so he transfered me they gave me a date of getting the part 13 of july, guess what still not here and status is still in processing. Today I been calling the shipping department for 4 hours and 2 calls in each hour and all I get is the damn answering machine from the shipping department. So just a warning to whoever is going to buy parts there, dont buy!! My brother told me that he ordered some grounding kit for his 1.8t 6 months ago and it took 3 weeks to get it. Does anyone here or know anyone that works at this store?

Thanks for the headsup. That sounds pretty shady, hope this works out. I have had my few instances like this.

They jerked me around for over a month on a clutch for my Nissan. They told me that, even though they didn't have the item in stock, it would be a 10% restocking fee to cancel the order. The item didn't ship until I complained to my cc company about 2 months after I ordered.

It was the same story, they quote a ship date, I would wait till a few days after the ship date, call back, get a revised ship date for 1-2 weeks later, they miss that ship date, etc.

I will never buy from them again.

are they actually doing something wrong to the point where I can report them? If yes who do I report them to?
