I went down a street that was Marked DO NOT ENTER between 8am and 8:45 am and it was like 8:30am I think. He said he ran out of tickets but would be sending me one in the mail........ asked me what kind of car is that anyway..... I wanted to tell him a really fast one dick but held back....

is this a moving violation worth two points against me? Or just a fine? Fine I am OK with anything more I will be ill.....Any good stratagies on fighting this thing......

 

Given it is a mild moving violation, and if this is your first one in a while, you won't get points added to your step. If this street is in out of town from your area, plead honest mistake and you are likely to get off.
