Can someone tell me what is the MSRP price for a new s2000 and what is the wholesale price? Thanks

I'm finding msrp to be at 32,400 but i've read people talk about msrp at 30,500? Can anybody help clear this up for me? Thanks.

My window sticker showed $32,400 plus $460 delivery charges. Oh, and NC for a full tank of gas!
