Excellent! I was just thinking to myself the other day that I needed to figure something similar out for next year! I'll be giving this a shot next time I take the front wheels off.

Make a template and market these things. For a decent price, I will take a set of four.

I like your splash guards, as the other person posted, form follows function. I installled some also, not the problem you had with sticky tires, but my tires where wide enough that it would sling slop all along the side of car. On all black they are not very noticeable.

Cool, can you show a pic that's bit more back from the car?

I recall someone putting on a set of universal mudflaps from autozone or a similar parts store and it looked like it was meant for the car.
Well I'm not sure about taking another photo because the car is now in storage, but I'll look through my other shots and see if I have any.

Regardingt he universal flaps, I have a local guy who put some on his S because he does so much autox stuff, and his overall reaction is he regrets doing so. He mounted them very well, but they do go over the body work, and his chaffed right through his paint after a year or so. This was one of the reasons I designed mine to be flat, me no like rub...

Trust me, the thought has crossed my mind.

Actually what I'm doing now is looking through every car parts store and Wal-Mart kind of place for the right material. The plastic I used was old, and I have yet to find something new that has the right thickness and rigidity, I keep finding softer rubber and I don't like that because I do not like the idea of something being floppy in the wind.

If I do find the right material I'll clearly come back to this thread and update it. The weekend of 12/10 I'll be up to Toronto, and I'll be looking there too. You see, I have about 6 S2000 friends who want them too...
