S2000 without the Honda thing?? that's a little confusing.
when you take off the H badges, there's 2 holes underneath, so it will look incomplete/weird. to take it off, the easiest way is to use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive then use dental floss to get behind the adhesive and separate it from the body of the car.
if you take of the "S2000" from the side, there's no holes underneath though.

You can fill and paint the holes if you want.
I have holes on mine right now and as said, it looks incomplete. Badge will be on it shortly.
I wouldn't recommend removing the S2000 on the sides as it makes the fenders look VERY plain. I had mine blank when I bought the car and put them on myself.
