That's BS - one night I was standing outside in the middle of an apartment complex and VTECxTurbo took his HKS'd S2K out for a quick jaunt around the block - I could hear him speeding by on the surrounding streets and I SWEAR, I felt like I was in the pit lane of a track where an F1 car was qualifying!
