Well GruppeM replied back to my email...

------------------------------------------------

The GruppeM Filter Ram Charger for Honda S2000 is composed of black carbon fiber and is a 100% handmade in Japan. It produces an increase of 12 to 18 horsepower (depending on the engine condition) and the torque of your car improves dramatically, especially at high end. It looks exactly the same as the one in the picture attached in your last email 24/02/05.

Fitting of this kit does not require any modifications, it is a very straightforward replacement of the car air duct and should take no longer than a couple of hours.

At the moment we do not have the fitting instructions in English for the Honda S2000 however there are diagrams with the instructions which are quite clear.

12 to 18HP increase from just an intake?!?!
I highly doubt its 12 hp just form bolting it on.

no. but the bypass valve takes away most of the gains of having the intake.... been discussed MANY times in UTH.

12-18hp from a simple bolt-on. TOTAL BS.

Someone clue me in here why would one get a new intake? Most HP gains seem around 1-2hp. Is it really worth it?
