I was looking at buying a new radio door, like a 2004 model... I saw on here that there are new colors? Am I reading this right... and if so does anyone have photos of these new colors?

 

I could be wrong, but that looks like the parts for the 2000-2001 cars.

 

Suzuka blue interiors are blue


MY 02 had the option for all red interiors


All other Ap1s got black


Ap2s from MY 04-05 got the brushed aluminium


Ap2s from 06- have the same as MY04-05 except it is MUCH darker.

 

actually that is for the 02-03 cars which had one of three possible colors.

the 2004-2005 door is silver, the 2006 door is dark silver. You need to select the model year of the door you want, not the model year of what you necessarily have.

to sum up everyones posts above, you can get them in:

Red
blue
black
or silver

 

Can the door alone be removed? Some of the directions I have read discuss what seems like removing the assembly to which the door is attached.
