Default Muz Aeroscreen

I like the simple install. Looking to reduce wind in the cabin. Anyone use this ? Does it vibrate or loosen or other problems ? Thanks!

I've had the Muz windscreen for about four months, and I wouldn't go so far as to call it a waste of money. It does cut wind penetration at high speeds, although you'll still have to shout to make yourself heard -- the S is just designed that way. I'd say it improves wind noise about 10-15 percent.

I also use Major Havoc's windblockers in the seat openings. They're small Lexan sheets which you can get at Rick Hesel's website:
www.ricks2k.com. If I had the Muz windscreen alone, it might not work as well.

The windscreens aren't cheap, so it's your call.

These made a dramatic difference for me. Significant change from going w/o them and the stock wind screen alone. Highly Recommended!

while you are at Ricks get one of his 7/8 screens if the one explained above is the one i'm thinking of it is butt ugly! (thumb screws)

These make a HUGE difference in wind noise and buffeting ans hovocs seat inserts help too.

These windscreens could make a difference if you sit lower. But if you are tall and have to sit higher up then that wind is going to kick around no matter what you install back there.

sandelkw, btw, I have a Muz windscreen for sale if you are interested.

I ordered Rick's but I don't like the directions to superglue the bumpers to the rollbar so am thinking about Muz's assuming, of course, these things actually work. I'm 6'1" and sit with my the top of my head above the rollbar.

The Muz Aeroscreens come with good quality matching black Rencol Lobe Knobs and all other fittings are stainless. No vibration. Extremely easy to fit or uninstall. You can of course easily use alternative fitting methods if you prefer (like flush fitting bolts).

The top left knob in this photograph is the one we use...
