I don't understand..
I think you would've been much happier with a mustang GT.. or GTO.

And one more question please, how much power an exhaust, headers, test pipes, cold air intake will add?
That's what bolt-ons are. Without a tune? Maybe 10-15hp. With a tune? 15-25 *this is being a little generous on the top end*. Of course I'm not sure what engine you're running, the F22 is able to take advantage of airflow mods better than the f20 due to displacement. Then again, I wouldn't run anything more than an intake, exhaust, and high flow cat without a tune as you will probably be running in an area that I consider "too lean for comfort". This of course is considering you actually go with quality parts *not necessarily based on name brand*, and not a $250 Tsudo exhaust off ebay and parts of that caliber.

In short, if peak dyno power is what you're looking for going the whole bolt-on route is going to be well; disapointing. For example... I was actually able to crank out an impressive amount of gains throughout the entire powerband *for N/A boltons*, but my reason for modding was just to amplify the feeling I had already, to make it sound and look the way I wanted my S to look. The gains while great compared to most NA gains on this car, are still dismal... so if that was the reason for my mods I'd be very disapointed. See what I'm getting at?

If you really want power, save up the 5-8k to get the FI kit you want, an engine management system, a tune, and installed. There's really no way of getting around it. If you want to make a difference in this car, you're going to need to save up some change.

Just throw in,an exhaust, headers, test pipes, cold air intake ,and you will be getting around 350 WHP;then call it a day,no need for a tune.

Gears then? Or sticky tires so you're carrying more speed and higher in the rpm range (= more usable power).

whiteflash : I guess a 15-25/hp will be enough for the time being, as i said before i just want a little extra power!.
And my reason for modding is not a peak dyno power, i just want to enjoy the ride with a little extra power, a nice exhaust sound and a nice exterior. Thats it.
Thanks again!

as CKit mention, try different gearing. it wont add hp but it will be noticeably quicker off the line..

what year is your car? does the buzzing noise happen when you decelerate from a low gear (2-3)? it might be gear backlash which is one of many normal noises the s2000 will make. the s2000 is noisy car overall, you might want to get use to that.

https://www.s2ki.com/stor/library/TSB/A00-054/index.htm

check this link out.. as I've mentioned, it's normal but can be fixed by replacing your clutch disk.

what we meant by gearing is changing your final drive gear in your differential to 4.77, 4.44, etc. i'm not to fond of this so it's time for you to do some research.. search the forum, there's also videos on youtube for comparison.
