My best S2000 moment to date...
Today I am crusing down Pacific Coast Highway in Newport Beach, CA. I am stopped at the traffic light in front of Newport Autosport. Autosport is THE DEFINITIVE auto dealer anywhere, they have had McLaren F1's on the lot before. Today they have 2 Modenas, a Maranello, a Diablo and a pimped out SL600 with bodykit and bling -bling wheels parked out front. The car in front of me at the light is a Carrera 4 with the turbo body and the car behind me is a brand new Rolls-Royce.
Anyways, as I am drooling on the orange Diablo, a junky old Civic pulls up in the lane next to me and the 50ish guy leans out his window and gives me the thumbs up and a "Nice Car!" comment.
Take that you overpriced exotics!

Similar story. There is a new hotel off PCH (the Montage). The valets drive Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches, Rolls Royces all day. I drive in see valet and go park somewehre else. As I am walking by a little later one valet says to another: Dude you missed it. Other Dude: What the S2000? Yup.
