Had my car for over 13,000 miles. Two weeks ago had the TSB's for the 1-2 grind and the new clutch (buzzing noise on deceleration), all under warranty) and after some break-in, what a difference!
The shifts a smoother and more positive, even at 9K. The clutch is just a bit stronger, smoother, and more positive.
Got the car with 4,500 miles, and probably did not know how to *really* use it correctly. This was evidenced when the Honda dealer mechanic showed me the old clutch; it was nearly shot! Almost down to the rivets, although it felt OK to me. Slipped badly once during a hard launch at a solo II event, but weather was very hot, car was hot, clutch was hot.
Now with the tranny fix, new clutch, pressure plate, and 1st & 2nd gear bearings, I practice letting it out quickly and matching RPM's best I can. Smooth, smooth, smooth. Unless I want to get a best time...then speed shifts are the order of the day, and man are they fun!

I had the clutch repair done before the TSB 054 existed... I went for a ride in PDX S2000's car that had TSB055 done and it was SO quiet. I called my dealer and told him that I had information that during TSB055 a new clutch was being installed and curing the noise...
My dealer replaced the clutch (I didn't have the grind problem) no questions asked, and I've been happy since... its amazing, my car was bought used too, but it looks better than when I got it.
the new clutch and new rear window make me a happy camper

Ron Tonkin Honda...
While I don't know if they will do the window for anyone else or not (using me as a reference might not help -- I base this on the multiple times I asked about how to get it done), the clutch is officially a TSB and they did an excellent job on it.
Of course, if my car develops a 1-2 grind it will be back there... I feel that they do a good job of taking care of me, certainly compared to stories I've heard about other Honda dealers...
Overall, I'm VERY pleased with their service. It's very similar in treatment to their Acura store, which is a good thing...
email me if you have any specfic questions.
