Sorry for your loss.
And your car looks like it will come out great.
Wow August first was the last post!
Anyway, thanks for the words, things have been pretty hectic for me these past few months trying to catch up with bills and whatnot.
Anyway, sorry I never got pics of the exhaust, but she has been in the paint shop for about a week and a half. The paint shop is about an hour away from me, so I don't have any solid pictures yet.
It's all going back to yellow, the CR wing is staying, side markers are going to go back on, along with the original CR badges.
The rear is getting molded, the rear re-bar is going to get painted black, along with all the mesh.
As far as the engine goes, everything externally is hooked up, F/IC and boomslang harness is in, the Blitz BC is now in the cup holder, all AEM gauges are on the pillar. Got the injectors in, just waiting for some more money to go get tuned. So after I get her back from the paint shop (hopefully this week) I have to save some more pennies to get tuned.
Oh and I've got some new wheels, the Volks have a prospective buyer on them, but that's another suprise.
Sorry for the really really late update.
If everything goes well, the car will be at HIN Dallas. Thanks for the continued support guys!

This is a cool thread, however, I have to agree with some of the peeps that have posted...don't really like the elaborate mods done to a CR. I guess I am a purist, and the CR is so fabulous to use for the track, it's like you're taking it's virginity...
Yeah I know this build isn't for everyone, but I didn't want to be a run-of-the-mill CR. No offense to anyone else here, and I have the utmost respect for everyone; however, if I had just dropped the CR, put new wheels on it, I'd be like any other CR.
However, I will say, I saw a completely stock CR on Sunday, and it did capture my eye.

Since it appears that you have the money for things like Volk wheels and big brake kits, I would recommend going with a different wheel. Just some constructive criticism, I think a different wheel would suit the car much better. Maybe something with more black in it? I don't know...just trying to throw some options out there.
