I have dealt with Evasive with no problems.. Sounds like they attempted to do right by you.

Ive ordered a lot through Evasive and they've always been great. This is the price you pay for buying online. I would charge the same thing if I had an online business. There not in the business of sending parts out to people so they can look and feel them and then return if they dont like it.

It does not matter what the item was, just the fact that if you are not happy with an item, it will cost you big time to return it. It is the principle.
