Default My noStook-itis was cured today...

My S had been in confinement in my garage due to weather related issues (see: snow). So finally, after a month, I finally got to take her out today. I had to get used to the clutch and shifter all over again, and you don't realize how short the throws are until you've driven another car for a while. But it was sunny and beautiful outside, so I had plenty of time to get to know her again.

Anyway. after the temp hit 3 bars, it was VTEC time! A month's worth of pent up frustration went right out the exhaust pipes. Put a smile on my face.

But alas, another snow storm will hit tomorrow or Tuesday. Back to her cell, she goes.

I've had my S for a month now and finally got past 600 miles today. The VTEC does give this car an extra kick and it sounds so right.

What's your mode of transportation when it snows?

Yeah, I guess it *can* warm up a bit in Dec. (which means barely above freezing )

I drive a 1990 BMW 325is during the winter months. Snow tires are getting put on tomorrow for the snow we're supposed to be getting.

It's fun to drive, but still no substitute for veeeetaaak!!

lol. I go through this every week. I'm driving a Chevy Tahoe on weekdays and maybe my S2K on weekends. It feels weird driving the s2k after driving a Tahoe for a while.
