You can take it to any welder to have it fixed for a couple bucks.

rofl, you bought it in october of 2006?!?! granted, it's not that long ago, but long enough where you shouldn't be bitching at evasive. hell, i can't even return anything at best buy over 30 days. you should be calling koyo. or try some jb weld if you don't want to go get it fixed. it would be another thing if you got the radiator damaged, but it sounds more like something happened to it recently. quit bad mouthing evasive, parts can go on backorder forever. hell, i ordered some arc parts and it's been 3 months and still haven't got them in yet.

I always thought they did a good job but they are small company so they can not really do much. Maybe if they are like number one koyo distributor they would be able to help you out better. I would just bring it somewhere to get it fix.

lol 8-9 months later and you blame Evasive for customer service? You are suppose to directly contact Koyo, not evasive.. you cant go to Best Buy and buy a xbox... and 8 months later demand a brand new one from Best buy themselves.

It seems irrational to ask evasive for a replacement at this point.it's been MONTHS since you bought the part and when you first received it, it was in working order.maybe you ran into something causing the crack.have you thought about this?

The OP sounds like a cry-baby who doesn't understand a simple concept: it's not the seller's fault the radiator broke, it's either your fault or the manufacturer's fault. The seller is doing you a FAVOR by contacting the manufacturer. Either shut the hell up and let it play out over the appropriate time, or contact the manufacturer yourself.
