Default My Rick's customer service experience...

... was excellent!

I ordered the custom wool mats, and they came (come?) with horizontal ribbing on the driver's mat heel protector. i found that my racing shoes got "hung" now and then on the slats, making proper heel and toe risky.

Jeff (Stratocaster) contacted me quickly, did some triage, and then gave me the address of their fabricator. They altered and shipped back my mat in a short period of time, in perfect condition, and now I have no issue with the ribbing.

So this is a very positive result. My experience with Rick's accesories has been excellent - the quality, speed of delivery, and CS have exceeded my expectations.

As you may see from my sig, I am a repeat customer. I know these guys have other full-time jobs, and there have been some posts about delays and lack of follow-up, but the Rage Man has no issues. So my "rage" is contained, and building - I could erupt at any minute! I'm a S2k'er on the edge!! Be afraud...be VERY afraid. ;)

do you have a pic of the black/red mats in your car??

I have the same red/black interior as you and cannot decide on the black/red mats or the all red mats.

A pic would be greatly appreciated!!
